**Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-friendly Sales Associate to join our Premium Mithai shop. The role involves helping customers choose sweets, handling sales, maintaining the shop's cleanliness, serving the customers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Support: o Welcome customers warmly and understand their preferences. o Recommend sweets and other products based on their needs. o Explain product details like Flavors, ingredients, and prices.

2. Sales Handling: o Operate the billing system for purchases. o Manage payments via cash, cards, or digital methods. o Handle exchanges and refunds as per shop rules.

3. Display & Stock: o Keep the product display attractive and well-stocked. o Check inventory levels and notify when stock is low. o Ensure products are stored to maintain freshness.

4. Shop Cleanliness: o Keep the shop and counters clean and tidy at all times. o Follow hygiene and food safety standards.

5. Customer Interaction: o Resolve customer questions and issues professionally. o Highlight new arrivals, popular items, or festive offers.

6. Team Collaboration: o Work with teammates to handle rush hours smoothly. Attend product and service training sessions as needed.

7. Serving the Customers: o Attend the customers for ordering o Serve the customer orders on their table

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Experience in retail or food sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Basic math knowledge for handling cash.
- Willingness to work on holidays, weekends, and during festivals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
