Pre-sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and technical proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure the proposed solutions meet the client's technical and business requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Support the sales team during client meetings and negotiations by providing technical expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage the technical aspects of the sales process, including proof of concept (POC) and pilot projects.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- B. Tech Computer Science or Proven experience in a presales or similar role, preferably in Auto ID Industry
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly grasp and present complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Should be able to work independently
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in Auto Id Industry
- Knowledge about AIDC, AWS, RFID Products
