**Job Title**: Plant Supervisor - Construction Chemicals

**Location**: Halol, Gujarat
**Department**: Production / Operations
**Reports To**: Plant Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily production operations to achieve targets and maintain product quality.
- Monitor plant machinery and coordinate maintenance to ensure minimum downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Supervise plant workers and ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Maintain records of production, manpower, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with quality, supply chain, and dispatch teams for smooth plant functioning.
- Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and environmental standards.
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in plant operations or maintenance — experience in **construction chemicals or related chemical industry** preferred.

**Work Conditions**:

- Based at Halol (on-site role).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
