- Controlling of SX Plant processes
- Process control parameters & its importance
- knowledge of liquid/solids materials handling/storage
- Knowledge of Chemical Consumptions
- Timely filling of Process Registers/Log sheets

- PPE's knowledge
- 5s/six sigma
- Manpower Handling:

- Proper job distribution of manpower (operators/labour) for plant activities and as per shift planning
- Supervising the team and providing them with technical support and training
- Shift Handling:

- Smooth running of Plant by maintaining process and quality control parameter to produce product as per specification
- Maintenance of all records up to date (i.e Shift log book, log sheets etc )
- Informing to Shift In charge for any abnormality observed
- Properly and timely addressing the breakdown (Process/Mechanical/Electrical/Instruments)
- Maintaining safety, health &environment in working area.
- Maintaining proper housekeeping in the work area
- Maintaining proper material in flow, storage and outflow
- Responsible for ensuring OH & SMS related aspects in the section. Take ownership in case of any emergency / disaster as per the Emergency Preparedness Plan / Disaster Mgt. Plan
