Job Title Plant Supervisor - Construction Chemicals Location Halol Gujarat Department Production Operations Reports To Plant Manager Job Summary We are looking for a Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily production and maintenance activities at our construction chemicals manufacturing plant in Halol The ideal candidate will ensure smooth plant operations machinery upkeep and effective labor supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and product quality Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations to achieve targets and maintain product quality Monitor plant machinery and coordinate maintenance to ensure minimum downtime Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules Supervise plant workers and ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines Maintain records of production manpower and equipment maintenance Coordinate with quality supply chain and dispatch teams for smooth plant functioning Ensure adherence to safety housekeeping and environmental standards Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Qualifications Experience Diploma Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Chemical or Industrial Engineering preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in plant operations or maintenance experience in construction chemicals or related chemical industry preferred Key Skills Production Process Supervision Machinery Operation Maintenance Team Labor Management Safety Quality Compliance Problem Solving and Reporting Work Conditions Based at Halol on-site role Requires hands-on supervision on the shop floor Shift work and emergency maintenance support may be required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Work Location In person
