**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, queries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships between staff and management to promote a harmonious workplace.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, ensuring staff understand and adhere to company guidelines.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees to identify their needs and support their professional development.
- Help resolve workplace conflicts, mediating between staff and management when necessary.
- Support the recruitment process by providing insights into employee needs and organizational culture.
- Collaborate with the HR department to deliver staff onboarding, training, and ongoing development programs.
- Organize and participate in staff engagement activities to boost morale and employee satisfaction.
- Assist with staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory employment standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication skill and must have english language proficiancy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
