**Responsibilities**:
1.Master the Post-Sales Process: Begin your journey by thoroughly understanding our products and services, as well as our post-sales processes.

2. Partner Engagement: Utilize your proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to engage with our partners. Your goal is to be their primary point of contact for any inquiries, concerns, or assistance they may need.

3. Partnership Development: Collaborate with our partners to identify opportunities for mutual growth and success. Your role involves proactively seeking ways to enhance the partnership and drive business objectives forward.

**A Day in the Life at RoadMate**:

- Engage with partners to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain high levels of partner satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and partner feedback to continuously improve our partnership offerings.

**Our Requirements**:

- Post graduate degree (preferred) in marketing, business, or a related field, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Laptop is mandatory for this position - work from the office.
- This role offers a flexible work environment without daily targets or goals, allowing you to thrive in a supportive culture.
