- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Chef.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items and ingredients.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and sanitation standards.
