Commis II

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis II to join our team at THE MONARCH, with 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in all dishes.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the culinary experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in inventory management and stock control.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis II in an Indian or Tandoor kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
