**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable interior design solutions and product offerings.
- Conduct detailed product and design presentations to clients.
- Work closely with in-house designers to align client requirements with design and budget proposals.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate and close deals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to project handover.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project details, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

**Required**
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in plywood, laminates, veneers, or building/interior materials.
- Strong knowledge of dealer networks and project-based sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
