As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and activities of an organisation. You will play a crucial role in managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your primary objective will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information while providing strategic guidance to support the organization's financial goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and cash flow management.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to minimize errors and fraud.
- Coordinate with auditors during annual audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management, department heads, and staff.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager, Accountant, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
