**TIMINGS -** 10AM -4.30pm WITH 2ND AND 4TH SATURDAY OFF & LUNCH BREAK 30 MINS

**1) Handling End to End recruitment cycle = Worked on Telesales/ Purchase/ Accounts/ Audit/ AC Technician/ Mechanical Eng/ Sales/ Marketing & Sales. HVAC Engineers etc**
**2) Sourcing CVs & Job posting**: Various platforms like free job sites, LinkedIn and other sources
**3) Excellent in Telephonic screening,** formatting of CVS as per Firm policy, schedule interviews, offer **negotiation, follow-up and coordination** at all stages till replacement policy. **we have different style of formatting CVs and sending to client**

**6) Internal coordination with the Director and basic Google sheet/ Excel sheet tracker or client tracker if any needs to maintain**
**Ready to extend some time incase of urgent assignments delivery**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
