**Job Responsibility and Description : -**

**Role**: Freelance IT/Non IT Recruiter
**Location**: Open ( work from home)
**Experience** : 1-2 years
**Relevant Experience**: 1 year minimum

**Educational qualification**: Graduate/ Diploma in any discipline may apply.

Looking for Freelancers passionate to work and grow themselves in recruitment field.

**Required Skill Set**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
- Good understanding of Internet & MS office is must.
- Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
- Prior work experience in IT recruitment would be preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements
- Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan
- Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums
- Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process
- Conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions
- Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 06 months

Schedule:

- Flexible shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
