- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with a focus on both high-volume and specialized roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.
- Experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in recruiting across a variety of industries and job levels is a plus.
