The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring top-tier talent from product-based organizations and be comfortable working independently while occasionally collaborating onsite with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end IT recruitment for product-based companiesSource, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles across domainsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidatesCoordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiationsCollaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirementsOccasionally work from client locations in Pune as needed Requirements3–4 years of proven experience in IT hiring, preferably for product organizationsStrong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and hiring dynamicsExcellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platformsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight timelinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsBased in Pune and open to occasional travel to client sitesPreferred TraitsSelf-driven and proactivePassionate about connecting top talent with great opportunitiesFamiliarity with modern ATS tools and recruitment metricsInterested candidates can share their profiles at [your email/contact].
