**Responsibilities**:

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop customized recruitment strategies.
- **Job Postings**: Create and optimize job descriptions that align with the company’s values and job requirements.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends to the hiring team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role, preferably with experience in the freelance/remote hiring landscape.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends, especially in the startup or creative industries, is a plus.
- Passionate about Gratitude Inc.'s mission and values.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience recruiting for remote or hybrid positions is highly preferred.
- A strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
