**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide information about products/services and generate interest.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

**Who You Are**
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages: e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well in a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is a plus—but not mandatory.
