**Job Requirements**
As a key liaison between our hotel clients and guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and managing communication channels.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to both clients and hotel guests
- Serve as a link between hotel and guest needs
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to communicate booking requirements, guest needs and inquiries to various internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and guests
- Demonstrate a good understanding of OTAs (Online Travel Agencies)
- Showcase tech-savviness and adaptability to various platforms
- Respond to reviews and serve as a feedback channel for properties
- Manage processes to collect prepayments and pending check-ins
- Make new bookings and amendments onto Channel Manager eZee
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
- Highly structured working style and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in using communication tools and software
- Good knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and CRM tools
- Prior experience (at least 1 year) in customer service or the hospitality industry
- Comfortable and confident in a client-facing role to manage both client hotels and hotel guests
- Proficient with Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or Travel/ Tourism is an added advantage
- Must be proficient in English (compulsory) and Hindi (not mandatory but a plus)
**Salary Expectations**
Starting at 15k - 20k per month.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
