Job Opportunity:

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout their stay at our hotel. This includes ensuring a warm welcome upon arrival, monitoring daily bookings, and preparing assigned rooms prior to check-in.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can coordinate luggage collection and storage, oversee check-in and check-out procedures, and promptly address guests' requests such as in-room dining.

The ideal candidate will actively listen to and resolve complaints, providing personalized services to special guests including those with disabilities, elderly individuals, children, and VIPs.

You will also be responsible for coordinating communication between guests and staff, following up to ensure customer concerns are resolved, and informing clients of our hotel services including breakfast and dining options.

In addition, you will promote all hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs offered to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide upscale guest service experiences
  • Ensure client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution
  • Coordinate logistics for smooth guest transitions
  • Develop strong relationships with guests and staff
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services and promotions
