Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled hospitality professional to provide exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay at our reputable hotel in Goa, India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring clients receive personalized services, resolving complaints efficiently, and coordinating communication between guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients
  • Monitor daily bookings and prepare assigned rooms prior to check-in
  • Coordinate luggage collection and storage
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions
  • Promptly address guests' requests, such as in-room dining
  • Actively listen to and resolve complaints
  • Ensure special guests receive personalized services
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
  • Inform clients of hotel services, including breakfast and dining options
  • Promote hotel amenities and programs offered
