**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Establish and manage relationships with Banks / Fintech’s to define and signup business arrangements which include presentations, demos, coordination for technical integrations.
- Performs client interviews to establish business requirements.
- Working closely with relevant teams at Partner organizations to identify new business opportunities and win deals towards achieving growth targets.
- Managing relations with Banks and other Partners to enhance Paycraft’s Payments platform capability.
- Pre-Sales support for Business Development team.
- Preparing product document keeping in mind the client requirements.
- Interact with client product team, lead presentations and product demos.
- Help in building technical proposals.
- Experience in open / closed loop cards, card issuance, payment getaways, payment networks, QR based acceptance.
- Should have experience in RFP’s and RFI’s, POCs.
- Should be well versed with documentations, preparing presentations and submission of RFPs.
**Area of Expertise**:
- Overall experience of 2 - 10 years with the leading payment aggregators.
- Should be well versed with Digital Payments ecosystem involving Prepaid Cards, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards.
- Implementation and/or client support experience with a Card Application.
- Good understanding of the key players in the Payment card business, their roles, and functions in the industry.
- Basic understanding of ISO 8583, EMV standards, Payment Industry Regulatory Compliance would be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Visa BASE II / MasterCard IPM clearing / RuPay Clearing and card scheme disputes and settlement process would be preferred.
**Other Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strategy: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, planning, problem solving and issue management, data driven decision making.
- Disciplined, performance and outcome oriented.
- Ability to drive key projects and meet timelines.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent card domain knowledge People skills, negotiation, political sensitivity, professional impartiality, service orientation, personal time management and ability.
