Responsible to set up the processes both for monitoring the marketing campaigns in the respective

city and executive on a day to day basis and provide them with direction and guidance

∙Plan the regional BTL activation along with the team and ensure implementation across their zone

∙Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing activities, expenditures and return-on-investment and

profit
- loss projections.

∙Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies, based on BYJUS objectives and market

characteristics.

∙Generate and compile reports of the team w.r.t. lead generation, sales conversions and revenue

generated through the activities and present to the higher management on a weekly basis

∙Build strong customer relationships, collect product and brand feedback and proactively address all

consumer needs.

∙Identify strong Market societies based on the customer and market segmentation.

∙Based on above findings, develop monthly/Quarterly event calendar.

∙Responsible for planning and execution of on ground events.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
