**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Executive with hands-on experience in residential property sales to join our dynamic team.

If you have a passion for real estate, strong client communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals — we’d love to have you on board

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales of residential real estate projects through site visits, lead follow-ups, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for smooth client management.
- Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with current market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experienc**e in residential real estate sales (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the local real estate market.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable working on weekends (with a weekday off).
- Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and site visits.
