We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Vice Principal to join our team and contribute to our mission of quality education and healthcare services in the field of speech and hearing.

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide academic and administrative support to the Principal in day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and mentor faculty members, guiding them in research, curriculum development, and pedagogy.
- Oversee academic programs to ensure quality and compliance with institutional policies.
- Foster a positive learning environment and support student activities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Principal and management team in strategic planning and institutional development.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and standards set by regulatory bodies, including the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Promote research activities and encourage faculty and student publications in reputable journals.
- Represent the institute in academic forums, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- MASLP/M.Sc in Audiology or Speech Language Pathology, or M.Sc in Speech and Hearing with 8-10 years of experience in academia or clinical practice.
- PhD in Audiology, Speech Language Pathology, or Speech and Hearing with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Publications: Minimum of two research publications with a cumulative impact factor of 10.
- Licenses: Valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration is required.
