**Job Description: Vice Principal**

**Location**: CBSE School, Whitefield, Bangalore

**Position**: Vice Principal

**Educational Qualifications**:

- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)
- Master's Degree in a relevant field

**Experience**:

- Minimum two years of experience as a Vice Principal or in a similar leadership role.

**Salary**:

- Up to ₹850,000/- per annum
- Final salary will depend on current package, experience, qualifications, and performance in the interview.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Leadership**:

- Oversee the academic programs and ensure they align with CBSE standards.
- Support and mentor teachers in curriculum development and delivery.
- Ensure the effective implementation of educational policies and practices.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Assist the Principal in the overall administration of the school.
- Handle day-to-day operations, including timetabling, class schedules, and student discipline.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the school.
- **Staff Management**:

- Lead and manage the teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Student Welfare**:

- Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
- Address student concerns and foster a supportive school culture.
- Promote extracurricular activities and holistic development of students.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Build and sustain relationships with the local community.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and educational standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation for inspections and audits.
- Stay updated with educational policies and reforms.
