A vice principal's role in a school is to support the principal and take on a large part of the school's administrative load. Their responsibilities include:

- **Administrative tasks**: Handling administrative tasks, such as hiring and training staff, ordering supplies, and planning emergency drills
- **Student discipline**: Handling student discipline and meeting with parents to discuss student behavior
- **School environment**: Meeting with teachers to discuss ways to improve the school environment
- **School clubs**: Handling school clubs and social programs
- **School improvements**: Planning school improvements
- **Academic policy**: Assisting the principal in developing and delivering a consistent academic policy
- **Teaching staff**: Assisting the principal in appointing new teaching staff
- **Curriculum**: Overseeing the work of Heads of School related to the delivery of the curriculum
- **Student progress**: Reviewing student progress reports and activities and offering academic guidance
- **Acting in place of the principal**: Acting in place of the principal when they are absent

While the vice principal has nearly the same authority among students as the principal, they don't have the same decision-making authority or power on the board.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
