A Vice Principal, also known as an Assistant Principal, plays a crucial role in supporting the school's administration and ensuring the smooth functioning of the educational institution. Here are some common roles and responsibilities:
**Qualification**: Subject specialisation in English & Social science (B A\MA, B Ed)

**Discipline and Behavior Management**:Enforcing school policies and maintaining a positive and safe learning environment.
Addressing disciplinary issues and working with students, teachers, and parents to resolve conflicts.

**Curriculum Oversight**:Collaborating with teachers to implement the school's curriculum.
Assisting in the development and evaluation of educational programs.

**Teacher Supervision and Evaluation**:Observing and evaluating teachers' performance.
Providing constructive feedback and support for professional development.

**Student Affairs**:Overseeing student activities, clubs, and events.
Addressing student concerns and facilitating a positive school culture.

**Administrative Duties**:Assisting the principal in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Participating in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events.

**Crisis Management**:Playing a role in emergency preparedness and response.
Coordinating crisis intervention efforts when necessary.

**Parent and Community Engagement**:Building positive relationships with parents and the local community.
Communicating school policies and initiatives to parents.

**Professional Development**:Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and practices.
Supporting and facilitating professional development opportunities for teachers and staff.

**Special Education and Inclusion**:Collaborating with special education teachers to ensure the needs of students with disabilities are met.

**Budget Oversight**:Assisting in the management of the school budget.
Making recommendations for resource allocation and improvements.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
