
Customer Service Associate(Email Process)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple customer inquiries, ensuring all messages are addressed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, offering solutions for complaints regarding product quality, shipping delays, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Guide customers through the e-commerce website, providing assistance with order placement, account management, and navigating features.
- Monitor and follow up on open inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or management when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Assist in identifying recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, tech support) to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling all interactions, even with difficult or upset customers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in any stream is preferrable.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and in a friendly tone.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on providing timely solutions to customer inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to track customer interactions and follow up effectively.
- Ability to maintain a calm and empathetic approach when addressing customer concerns.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay,Shopify Onbuy etc.
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.).
- Familiarity with common e-commerce processes, such as order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and payment systems.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
