Customer Service Associate.(Language)

**Job Description:

- ** One of the premium retail brand in E-commerce space, our job role & responsibilities would be a customer Service associate will represent not just the customer service department but The Luxury Closet as a whole. We are looking forward a dedicated, dynamic, passionate young players with strong Arabic and English language speaking along with written skills.

**Roles and responsibilities**: The CS Associate will be responsible and accountable (but not limited) to the following roles and responsibilities"

Ø Aim at converting general inquiries into sale

Ø Aspire to bring customer delight in each and every interaction

Ø Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Ø Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the

Ø time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Ø Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents where applicable.

Ø Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Ø Maintain positive and professional interaction with all the departments associated with the Customer Service department

**Knowledge -**

Ø Knowledge of English & Arabic language, written and oral mandatory.

Ø Basic knowledge of MS Office

Luxury Brands Knowledge is an added advantage.

**Skill -**

Ø Comprehension Skills - Ability to comprehend Customer’s queries and concerns and provide a customer-centric solution

Ø Time Management - Ability to multi task and decide priorities

Ø Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help people.

Ø Ability to convert leads.

Ø Excellent written and spoken communication skills. (Arabic & English)

Ø Ready to work under pressure

- Openness - Open to ideas and feedback

**Qualifications / Professional Experience Required**:
Ø Graduate/Under-Graduate

Ø 2-3 years of experience in International BPO or with any Luxury retail store.

Ø Willing to work into rotational shifts. (06:00 am to 12:00 am IST Window)

Ø Monday to Saturday.

Ø **Salary - Up to 30-35 K**
