**Role Purpose**: The main objective of the KAM (Key Account Manager) role is to build and maintain long-term relationships with **Orient Electric**'s most valuable clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Finding & developing new partners / markets at Karnataka.
- Build relationship & design growth strategy for the portfolio aligned.
- Must have good relations with regional partners.
- Must have experience in the same industry.
- Need to have retail mindset & focus on increasing market share & counter share.
- Create & maintain up-to-date market, sales & financial forecasts to support reporting & assessment of business activities.
- Develop market information including competing products, technologies & companies, market size, growth, product specifications, & customer needs.
- AOP plan adherence
**Work Environment/Location**: This is a full-time, in-office position located in Bengaluru. The role requires occasional travel for client meetings and events.
