**Job Summary**:
The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of workers. The role involves monitoring production processes, enforcing safety regulations, and optimizing efficiency to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Production Management**
- Supervise daily manufacturing activities and ensure production schedules are met.
- Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and resolve operational issues.
- Implement and monitor efficiency improvements to minimize downtime and waste.
- Strong in Excel, and computer skills.
- Ability to listen to instructions and targets and get it implemented.
- Maintaining stock, inventory, consummables,dispatch report and other daily reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for production activities.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

**2.Safety & Maintenance**
- Enforce safety protocols.
- Ensure machines and equipment are maintained and functioning properly.
- Report breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
- Promote a culture of workplace safety and risk prevention.

**Required Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in factory supervision or a similar role minimum
- Experience in [Specify Industry: e.g., Steel/Metal ,Automotive only] preferred.Other industry experience personal please donot apply.

Shift timings : 8 am to 8 pm compulsory.

This is a new factory, so job growth opportunities are High, this role will be promoted to Future Plant Manager or equivalent role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
