**Job Title**: ENA - Extra Neutral Alcohol Plant Operator

**Experience**: 3-4 year

**Department**: Production

**Reports To**: Plant Manager

**Location**: Bhojpur, Modinagar - 245304

**Job Type**: Full-time / Shift-based

**Notice Period**: 30 Days

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operate and monitor the ENA production plant, including fermenters, distillation columns, heat exchangers, pumps, and utility systems.

Maintain process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and product quality as per the standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Record daily production data, including input materials, output volumes, energy consumption, and deviations.

Conduct routine checks and inspections of equipment for safe and smooth operation.

Coordinate with quality control teams for sampling and quality checks.

Troubleshoot and resolve process disturbances and escalate major issues to the shift supervisor or maintenance team.

Maintain hygiene and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards in the production area.

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safe working practices.
