**Responsibilities**:

- Raw material analysis (Molasses, Grain & Syrup) - Physical & Chemical Analysis
- Ability to handle, calibrate & maintain lab equipment/instruments (Spectrophotometer, pH meter, conductivity meter, Kjeldahl Apparatus, weighing balance, water bath, Incubator etc.)
- Reagent preparation and standardization, sample preparation and storage
- Problem solving activity during fermentation in R&D lab/on plant site also if required
- Documentation as per SOP & generation of reports
- Willingness to travel anywhere in India if required
- Must have Knowledge of fermentation, Chemical analysis/Titrations

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:

- Alcohol production from grain and other sources, Production of ENA and Ethanol )Effluent treatment plant of distillery
- Chemical analysis (Titrations) - Physical & Chemical Analysis
- Ability to handle, calibrate & maintain lab equipment/instruments (Spectrophotometer, pH meter, conductivity meter, Kjeldahl Apparatus, weighing balance, water bath, Incubator etc.)
- Having good knowledge of reagent preparation and standardization, sample preparation and storage
- Having good knowledge of principles of fermentation process & problem solving exercises during process
- Documentation as per SOP & generation of reports
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail while focusing on accuracy on the assigned tasks
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
- Having very good computer skills (MS Office)
- Very good interactive communication skills in both Hindi and English

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
