**Job Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **ABA Therapist** to join our multidisciplinary team at **Nvyum Child Development Centre**. The therapist will work closely with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays, implementing individualized ABA programs under the guidance of senior professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behavior intervention plans to improve communication, social, and adaptive skills.
- Collect and record data accurately on each child’s progress.
- Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and special educators.
- Provide feedback and progress updates to parents and the therapy team.
- Assist in designing learning materials and activities to enhance therapy outcomes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field (required).
- Certification or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred).
- Experience working with children with autism (0-3 years preferred).
- Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about helping children achieve developmental milestones.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
