Job Title: ABA Therapist (Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist)
Location: Nvyum Child Development Centre, 12/7 West Patel Nagar, New Delhi – 110008
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Nvyum Child Development Centre. The therapist will work closely with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays, implementing individualized ABA programs under the guidance of senior professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behavior intervention plans to improve communication, social, and adaptive skills.
- Collect and record data accurately on each child's progress.
- Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and special educators.
- Provide feedback and progress updates to parents and the therapy team.
- Assist in designing learning materials and activities to enhance therapy outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field (required).
- Certification or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred).
- Experience working with children with autism (0-3 years preferred).
- Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about helping children achieve developmental milestones.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
