๐๐ช๐ฏ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐ด๐ต ๐๐ญ๐ช๐ฏ๐ช๐ค is a mental health centre led by ๐๐ณ. ๐๐ข๐ฎ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ข ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ณ๐ฃ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ณ, an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and Certified Hypnotherapist.
We offer psychological assessments, psychotherapy, and behavioural interventions for children, adolescents, and adults.
Our child division focuses on ADHD, Autism Spectrum, ODD, Conduct Disorders, and related behavioural challenges, combining evidence-based methods with empathy and structure.

We are inviting applications for a ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ญ๐ฅ ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐ท๐ช๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ ๐๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ข๐ฑ๐ช๐ด๐ต / ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ญ๐ฅ ๐๐ด๐บ๐ค๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ๐ช๐ด๐ต who is skilled in behavioural interventions and enjoys working directly with children showing attention, impulse, and conduct-related difficulties.
The role involves conducting individual therapy sessions, implementing structured behaviour modification plans, and collaborating with the supervising Clinical Psychologist for review and progress tracking.

โข Conduct one-on-one behaviour modification, attention training, and emotional regulation sessions for children and adolescents.
โข Implement reinforcement-based systems such as token economies, reward charts, and behavioural tracking plans.
โข Design creative, play-based, and activity-oriented sessions to maintain engagement.
โข Work with parents to establish consistent home-based strategies.
โข Maintain detailed session notes and progress documentation.
โข Participate in periodic case discussions and feedback meetings.
โข Adhere to ethical and professional guidelines under RCI and clinic protocols.

โข Master's Degree (MA/M.Sc.) in Clinical / Counselling / Applied Psychology
โข RCI Licensed (Clinical / Rehabilitation / Child Psychologist) โ preferred
โข Minimum 3 years of experience in therapy with children having ADHD, Autism, ODD, Conduct Disorder, or related behavioural challenges
โข Training or certification in:
โข Behaviour Therapy / Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
โข CBT for Children / Adolescents
โข Parent Management Training
โข Play Therapy or Art-based Interventions (desirable)

โข Proficiency in behaviour modification and reinforcement strategies
โข Skill in managing hyperactivity, attention difficulties, and conduct issues

โข Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration and supervision
