We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Nvyum Child Development Services. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children with developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, and special needs. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualised therapy interventions to support children in achieving independence in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed occupational therapy assessments for children.
  • Develop individualised therapy plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on fine motor skills, ADLs, sensory integration, handwriting, feeding, and play-based goals.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Document progress, maintain case records, and provide timely reports.
  • Educate and guide parents on home programs and child development strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and centre-based programs.
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and organisational standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
  • Registered with Delhi Council/All India Occupational Therapists Association (or willingness to register).
  • Experience in pediatric therapy or child development (preferred).
  • Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setup.
