**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative

**Location**: Kilpauk Garden, Chennai (Work from office)

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their HR needs and effectively communicate our services and solutions.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with clients and consultants, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.
- Assist in managing client relationships by following up on service inquiries, feedback, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our consulting team to coordinate client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong client handling skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficient in conducting phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proactive and resourceful problem solver with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR practices and terminology is a plus but not required.
