**Job Summary**:
**Choicesiki Facility Management Services LLP** is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Support and Sales Representative to join our Domestic Helper Services team in Chennai. This is a hybrid role combining both support and sales responsibilities. You will play a critical role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services. Your ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and identify opportunities for sales will drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Support:_
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide clear and concise information about services, procedures, and policies.
- Sales:_
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable domestic help services.
- Convert leads into successful sales through consultative selling and rapport building.
- Follow up with prospective clients to understand requirements and close sales effectively.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services where appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, customer support software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer support or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

**Compensation**:
Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 (based on experience and performance)

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
