
Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Inbound and Outbound Calling: Make and receive customer calls to promote Holoware
products and services.
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads through cold calling and warm lead follow-ups.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Holoware's offerings and provide
accurate information to customers.
- Customer Support: Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions in a timely
and professional manner.
- Sales Target: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by convincing potential clients and
upselling to existing customers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and
transactions in CRM systems.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
- Follow-ups: Engage in regular follow-ups with customers to close sales and ensure
satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and support teams to achieve
company objectives.
**Qualifications**:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or Sales
Representative is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in [languages specific to region, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and customer objections with patience.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Personality Traits: Positive attitude, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persuasive.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
