We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Your ability to deliver exceptional service will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products, services, or account management.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding company policies, products, and services.
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skill in Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the industry or field related to the company’s products/services.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
