We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team and oversee a specific section within our kitchen.

**Position Overview**:
The Chef de Partie (CDP) will be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. This role is ideal for someone with a strong culinary background, a passion for continental cuisine, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Station Management**: Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook continental dishes as per Ovenfresh’s high-quality standards and recipes, ensuring consistency, presentation, and taste.
- **Supervision and Mentorship**: Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff, assisting with their development and ensuring adherence to food preparation guidelines.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's standards in terms of quality, taste, and presentation.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering supplies, and ensure that ingredients are stored and handled according to health and safety regulations.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Uphold cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and ensure all safety and hygiene standards are followed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to plan and execute menu items, seasonal specials, and new dish creations.
- **Menu Contribution**: Provide valuable input to the development and refinement of the continental menu offerings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
- In-depth knowledge of continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Culinary degree or relevant professional training is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- A passion for culinary excellence and high attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
