Summary:
We are hiring a Chef de Partie (Continental) for our hotel in Lonavala. The CDP will manage a section of the kitchen, prepare continental dishes, and guide junior chefs to maintain quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality continental dishes as per hotel standards.
- Supervise Commis chefs and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Assist in menu planning and new dish development.
- Manage stock, minimize wastage, and control food costs.
- Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotels/resorts.
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine.
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
