In Business Sales Executive role, you will oversee Sales, Business Development and Commercial activities for Automotive Test Analysis Software Products, Embedded Tools, Projects, and Services, with a focus on Automotive Data Validation and Testing. Additionally, you will engage in post-sales services such as support, coaching, delivery, and training.

**Experience**: 3-10 years

**Work Location**: Pune, India (Ready To Travel)

**Education**: UG or PG - B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech in Automobile/Mechanical Electronics with a minimum of 65%. An MBA is an added advantage.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong technical understanding, ideally in Automotive Testing Software or Hardware.
- Proficiency in Sales, Finance, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take on responsibility.
- Knowledge of OEM/Tier1 automotive testing and development processes.
- Proactive mindset and entrepreneurial attitude to foster win-win cooperation with customers.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a sense of urgency.
- Structured, analytical approach to work with self-driven creativity.
- Willingness to travel for face-to-face communication.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and understanding of software development products.
- Adherence to organization-defined processes and operations.
- Willingness to work in a startup environment and enthusiasm for the company's product and vision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate quotes for customers following internal discussions, define quote content with the finance team, and complete the end-to-end process from sales to finance.
- Process orders and handle invoicing.
- Act as the sales commercial point of contact for the company's Product Line, serving as a liaison between potential customers in India and the global team.
- Coordinate customer requirements with global product experts and management.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team.
- Define local sales targets, prepare sales reports, and support sales at customer visits.
- Present unique business models to potential important customers.
- Experience with Automotive Testing software, embedded tools, or embedded SW and ECU development projects.
- Knowledge of Automotive Electronics, E/E Architecture, Communication Protocols, Automotive Networks (CAN/LIN/ETHERNET), and standards (UDS, AUTOSAR, CCP XCP).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
