
Front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Greeting and Reception**:
- Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
2. **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist visitors with inquiries, providing information about the company, its services, and directions as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
3. **Administrative Support**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for meeting rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
4. **Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Relay messages accurately and promptly to the appropriate recipients.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
5. **Technology Proficiency**:
- Proficiently operate office equipment including computers, printers, fax machines, and telephone systems.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor in any stream.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
