**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

3. Assist the Business Development team in reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals.

4. Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to support business development efforts.

5. Manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on clients, leads, and sales activities.

6. Prepare reports on sales activities, market research, and business development progress.

7. Preferably have experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.

8. Possess excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record of lead generation and sales conversion
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
