**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- **Client Acquisition**: Develop targeted strategies to attract and retain clients, ensuring a consistent and appealing brand message across all platforms.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive client acquisition and sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
