Shift timings will strictly be 6:30pm to 3:300am IST (East Coast Shift)
Role Summary:
- Training Coordination
- LMS Management
Training Coordination
- Manage training related documentation
- Create learning dashboards for all functions
- Create learning invites
- Book speaker calendars
LMS Management
- Assign courses to users on LMS
- Create LMS related reports
- Track status of completion of courses
The associate will be provided exposure to the business leaders and L&D meetings to get exposure to the industry and understanding of L&D operations
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
1. MBA in HR (preferred) with 1-4 years of relevant experience
2. Excellent MS Office skills
3. Basic presentation Skills. Training certifications will be an added advantage
4. High quality document & report preparation
