Training Coordinator

Manage Training coordination activities from head to toe to ensure a smooth process flow.
**Responsibilities**
Coordinate and manage entire training activities & administration across organization
Create and manage the Quarterly Learning Calendar and related tasks like room booking, checking trainer’s availability, registering all the trainings on internal site and managing nominations/ attendance
Liaise and work with various stakeholders (Facilities, IT, etc) to schedule trainings, arrange venues & IT infrastructure and coordinating instructors. This includes virtual led trainings as well across geographies
Manage the training shared mailbox by handling various queries of trainers and learners
Send training invites to learners with training description, location, pre-requisites, etc
Gather feedback from the participants about the training and the trainer to evaluate training’s effectiveness
Manage and create (if required) training aids such as handouts, training decks etc
Create and maintain periodic training reports for senior management. This includes lot of ad-hoc reports as well
Process invoices of all external trainings and track their payment status
**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources
1-2 years of experience in Learning and development domain
Ability to collaborate with different stakeholder
Proven interpersonal skills with a reputation as professional, collaborative, approachable, and knowledgeable.
Strong written and verbal communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
Similar work experience would be preferred
