Developing outreach strategies: Plan and execute outreach campaigns and programs to engage with target audiences and achieve organizational goals.
- Client engagement: Identify and build relationships with relevant Partners, including Vendors, Suppliers and influencers.
- Communication and networking: Represent the organization at events, conferences, and meetings, and effectively communicate its mission, values, and initiatives to stakeholders.
- Data analysis and reporting: Track and analyze outreach metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness and impact of outreach efforts.
- Collaboration and teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, public relations, and program management, to align outreach initiatives with overall organizational objectives.
- Field Executive management: Recruit, train, and manage.Field Executives to support outreach activities and events.
- Budget management: Manage the budget allocated for outreach activities, ensuring costeffective use of resources.
- Continuous improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in outreach and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in outreach strategies and processes.
- Outreach coordination: Coordinate outreach activities, including scheduling meetings, arranging logistics, and managing resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Content creation: Work with Design Teams to Develop compelling and engaging content for various outreach channels such as Billboards, social-media, newsletters, and press releases.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
